RONNIE GENE BLEVINS

The Working Actors Gang was founded by Ronnie Gene Blevins. Ronnie Gene Blevins boasts a prolific career with over 150 roles in film and television, spanning more than 25 years.

In 2000, Ronnie moved to Los Angeles and embarked on a decade-long journey of "learning from the best." He spent five years studying at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and another five years training under Stephanie Feury. He has been trained in both the Stanislavski discipline, which primarily relies on the actor’s own emotional memory (though not exclusively), and the tradition of Stella Adler, which promotes the power of imagination and uses the text to find the character. Ronnie has synthesized these approaches into an ethos at The Working Actors Gang, believing there is immense value in both disciplines.

Ronnie starred alongside Will Smith in Antoine Fuqua’s critically acclaimed feature "Emancipation." He will next be seen in the Alma Har’el limited series "Lady in the Lake" (Apple TV+), playing Bosco, a 1960s police officer obsessed with Natalie Portman's character.

Blevins' film credits include "The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It," "Feral State," "Death in Texas," "The Dark Knight Rises," "Death Wish," "The Wave," "American Cowslip," "Seven Psychopaths," and "Joe" (directed by David Gordon Green). On the small screen, Ronnie has appeared in multiple episodes of "Tulsa King," "True Detective," "Westworld," "Twin Peaks," "Shameless," "The Kingdom," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Sons of Anarchy," and "Murder in the First," among others.

Ronnie is elated to share his techniques and contribute to this vibrant community, ensuring that “The Working Actors Gang” truly lives up to its name.
